Very efficient staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Was very thorough. Listened. Took his time. Very good bed side manner. It was my 1st. Visit. I will keep going there for my pc.

I have had the best experience at this clinic. The nurses and providers are amazing, understanding, patient and wonderful. Even when a patient (or their caregiver/parent) is having a bad day. Removed one star due to a very disheartening and semi-re-traumatizing experience with the nutritionist (Maureen), which is currently being investigated and had been handled with such care and grace by the front desk staff and nursing staff. That appointment was the only time in the entirety of my tenure thus far with this clinic that I have felt dismissed, unheard, cast off, and frankly misrepresented in my own clinical notes. Otherwise this clinic is literally the best I have been to in this area. And Dr. Acosta is the sweetest doctor I have ever known.

People at this office are very compassionate. I appreciated them squeezing me in. I did send a dozen bagels the next morning for my appreciation. Ve r y professional & a nice group of people who work at this office. The call center was horrible. The person who answered my call , was Not the office, the call center person was nasty & acting like I just was bothering her. Training needs to be done for call center & learn compassion.

This was my first visit here. They were not busy at the time. They were friendly, and thorough. I think I'm going to be happy with them as my primary place to go for my health.

As usual, my visit was very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and of course, Dr Mahinthan It was very pleasant and thorough and listened to everything. I had to say she and I work with my care together as a team and all in all she’s an amazing doctor and the staff is wonderful.
